Crédit Foncier de France, a subsidiary of Groupe Caisse d’Epargne,
the leading French banking group, is a financial institution specializing
in real-estate financing solutions. It was created in 1852 by the public
authorities with a view to organizing mortgage lending in France along
the same lines as the German mortgage banks. It has since become a key
player in the different property markets and developed its financing
activities with a wide spectrum of clientele ranging from private individuals
to professional customers.
Crédit Foncier is present at every stage in the property market

The Corporate Customers
& Investors Department
Centralized at the bank’s head office, the staff
of the Business Customers & Investors Department – comprised
of teams specifically dedicated to real-estate professionals –
takes charge of all the different specialized financing solutions requiring
in-depth analysis. Their customers are chiefly real-estate companies,
investment funds, private investors, corporate customers, private operators
in the energy industry, public authorities working within the framework
of public-private partnerships, property developers, real-estate management
companies, etc. The Business Customers & Investors Department works
closely with all these French or foreign customers.
